Highland Homes 2011 Top Employees Honored

florida real estateOn March 7, Central Florida home builder, Highland Homes, recognized its top selling agents and other exceptional employees at the company’s Annual Sales Awards Banquet.

The following honors were presented:

Top Three Sales Agents with the Highest Net Dollar Volume

  • Gene Kucher, Imperial Lakes, sold 39 homes totaling $6,275,550
  • Cheryl Gonzalez, The Greens and Ten Oaks, sold 30 homes totaling $5,129,505
  • Jennifer Maul, Stonewood and Blackwater Creek, sold 22 homes totaling $4,220,342

Top Three Sales Agents with the Most Florida Real Estate Closed

  • Gene Kucher, Imperial Lakes, 29 homes
  • Ed Velasquez, Winchester Estates, 17 homes
  • Doug Pike, Wind Meadows, 14 homes

Top Three Sales Agents for Highest Closing Dollar Volume

  • Gene Kucher, Imperial Lakes, $4,779,868
  • Ed Velasquez, Winchester Estates, $2,810,537
  • Doug Pike, Wind Meadows, $2,249,823

Highest GB Shelter Mortgage (Highland Homes’ Preferred Lender Partner) Capture Rates

  • Roger Santos, Andover and Mystery Ridge, 100%
  • Doug Pike, Wind Meadows, 79%
  • Denise Abercrombie, Mandolin II, 70%

Highland Homes also presented the following achievements:

  • Rookie of the Year: Randi Golemme, St. James Crossing
  • Sales Counselors of the Year: Stacey Pouliot and Carmen Arbizu
  • Design Studio Manager of the Year: Stacey Antonakos-Perez
  • Studio Designer of the Year: Linda Samhoury

In addition to the awards presentation, the banquet included a presentation from guest speaker JP Peterson, president and founder of Tampa Bay Sports Central and host of the popular sports radio show, “Happy Hour with JP,” who discussed the importance of having a strong team to being successful in a competitive environment.
